New Patient/Client Info

To all NEW Clients:

• All first-time patients even if the client has been to the clinic before must make appointments in person at the Gupton Pet Care Retail front counter or at the Gupton's House Vet Clinic, you may pick up a New Client Information form or download and print it to return at the time of your appointment, or email the completed form
  • Gupton Pet Care Retail front counter is at 2815 S Geo Wash Blvd Wichita, KS 67210
  • Open Tues - Sat: 11 am - 6 pm
• At Gupton's, you can create an appointment
  • Exam/Consultation/Vaccination appointments DO NOT require a deposit
    • A $35 fee must be paid before you can make an appointment if you have missed a previous appointment with less than 24 hours' notice
    • Two missed appointments result in being put on a no appointments allowed list
  • Surgery Appointments DO require a $45 non-refundable deposit--no phone transactions
• NO new client appointments will be made via phone, Facebook request, or any other contact method other than in person
• If you do not want to make an in-person Non-Surgical appointment, you are welcome to take advantage of walk-in hours
  • Walk-In Clients are serviced in the order for which they sign in. Wait times can vary from 5 - 90+ minutes, however, all clients signed in during walk-in hours will be seen that day.
